Hey, I'm Alex...

I'm on a mission to help people be seen...genuinely seen for who they are at any given moment...and to help people realize that they are enough...just as they are.

I am working to change the way leaders work with people...teaching them the spectrums of human performance and how to adapt their leadership to help their people achieve success.

I'm changing the way people look at personality tests...For years, psychometric assessments have been used to classify people and put them into a box, sorting the good profiles from the bad...locking people into one category or another.

I believe there is no such thing as a "bad" profile and that given the right environment and leadership, any personality has the potential to be successful.  

I also believe that our personality isn't something that's 'fixed' or 'locked in.'  

Our experiences shape who we are, what we value and how we show up.  Every day we are given new opportunities to learn, change, evolve and grow.  Our personality is malleable, both as we grow and also as we change environments (where we are and who we are around)

The most successful leaders learn not to categorize people, but instead to see people where they each moment...and adapt their leadership to what that person needs and values to maximize their potential success.  

Finally, I have learned that reality isn't fact. Reality isn't real. Reality is what you make it.
